Tax Legal Business Associate Manager - TTC Deloitte is seeking a Tax Legal Business Associate Manager to join our Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping legal departments transform their processes and increase efficiencies through the use of technology. You will work with a team to implement technology solutions, automate processes, manage data, and provide analytics for legal departments. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors - Optimize legal processes and align technology with client requirements and goals - Identify and leverage technology solutions to address legal department needs - Provide training and support for technology and process changes - Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall - Participate in the staffing process and retention activities - Develop and maintain contacts and contribute to business development Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions - Bachelor's degree required - Experience with contract lifecycle management software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools - Active accreditation such as CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, or procurement/legal procurement or SAS certified data scientist - Experience with template rationalization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting process design preferred - Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs At Deloitte, we value our people and offer a broad range of benefits, including a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development.
