The Sales Operations team is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the LOB with a focus on Applications Go To Market. We are seeking a dynamic, analytical professional with strong relationship-building skills who can strategically support cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with different teams to drive growth and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales Operations or Sales Advisory, preferably in TI - Strong knowledge of the IT Industry - Ability to analyze data and generate strategic insights to drive business decisions. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present insights to various stakeholders, including executives. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus). - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in sales planning and forecasting. - Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills. - Intermediate English - Intermediate/advanced Portuguese is a plus Responsibilities - Act as a strategic partner to the LoB/Sales team, providing insights and support for decision-making. - Develop and present detailed performance analysis, market trends, and growth opportunities. - Communicate, reinforce, train, and support the implementation of commercial policies and initiatives. - Create and maintain dashboards and executive reports, delivering predictive insights and data-driven recommendations. - Work closely with sales management, operations, and pre-sales teams to enhance processes and identify areas for improvement. - Support the cross selling growth strategy, facilitating the execution of key initiatives. - Ensure alignment with regional and global teams to optimize strategic planning.
