The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) We’re looking for a mid-level SDR who gets energized by opening doors, especially with senior leaders at large organizations. Your core goal is to book qualified meetings with the right people. You’ll focus on outbound outreach to high-potential accounts, craft messaging that resonates, and make sure the right conversations are happening on our calendar. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, understands how to navigate complex orgs, and loves the challenge of getting a reply from someone who’s hard to reach. You’ll have a lot of freedom, but also a clear mission. You’ll be expected to experiment, learn from what works, and keep refining your approach. What You’ll Do Research and identify high-fit companies and decision-makers Reach out across channels to spark conversations that lead to meetings Tailor messaging to speak directly to pain points and opportunities Book qualified meetings with our ideal customer profile (ICP) Iterate fast based on feedback, data, and your own observations Collaborate with founders to shape messaging and targeting Keep the CRM clean and pipeline healthy What You Bring 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience A track record of booking meetings with senior stakeholders Strong research skills and a creative approach to prospecting Comfort working independently and taking full ownership Curiosity and energy for learning what works and improving fast Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS, AI, or automation Remote team with async-first culture Equity and room to grow with the company High trust and autonomy A chance to work on something real and growing If you get fired up by getting in front of the right people, love figuring out what makes them tick, and want to shape how our product reaches the world, we’d love to meet you.
