We invite you to apply for the position of: DECISION SCIENTIST Main Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Modeling Design and apply statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to drive insights and business impact. Develop dashboards and automated reports to monitor key metrics and performance trends. Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value to refine targeting and personalization strategies. Design and evaluate A/B tests and causal models to measure the impact of business initiatives. Optimization & Forecasting Build models for demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and resource allocation. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Purpose of the Position: Develop and implement advanced business analytics solutions to enhance decision-making at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and sales, leveraging data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning to optimize performance, customer insights, and revenue growth. Requirements: Professional Background : Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. Experience : 2 to 3 years in data science teams. Skills : Handling large volumes of data. Development, use, and maintenance of statistical, classification, forecasting, and machine learning models (Classification, XGBoost, regression, etc.). Strong statistical knowledge to apply in solving business problems. Ability to communicate advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses clearly and concisely with a focus on actionability for stakeholders without technical experience. Experience with data validation, quality control, and cleansing processes for new and existing data sources. Nice to have: Knowledge in causality. Experience in customer segmentation, pricing, sales forecasting, or experimentation is a plus. Hard Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel. Experience with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Databricks). Intermediate to advanced English. Advanced SQL. Knowledge of Python. Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness in proposing solutions.
