**About the job Diseñador Gráfico**: **Responsibilities** - Create high-quality images that highlight the key features of our products while adhering to Amazon's guidelines, enhancing our sales efforts, and building trust in both the product and our brand. - Design visually compelling social media posts that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. - Generate innovative ideas and concepts to effectively portray marketing concepts and promote our products and services. - Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all marketing materials align with our brand identity and guidelines. - Stay up to date with industry developments and design tools, integrating new trends and techniques into our marketing strategies. **Requirements**: - An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing roles, including experience in branding, digital, and print design, either in-house or at an agency. - Proficiency in typography and managing multiple graphic and design projects simultaneously. - Experience in digital marketing design, including creating landing pages and banner ads. - Proven track record of designing materials that have contributed to revenue growth through increased sales or user conversion, supported by an exceptional portfolio showcasing multi-channel design projects. - Proficiency in graphic design tools and techniques, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator). - Creative problem-solving skills and a persistent attitude toward achieving creative excellence. - Exceptional attention to visual detail and accuracy throughout the design process. - Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts effectively. - Ability to meet project deadlines and collaborate effectively with a team. - Willingness to perform other duties as assigned in a dynamic work environment.
