Purpose of the Job: Leverage data-driven insights to empower the Off Premise team in making informed business decisions. Develop, update and accurately disseminate daily reports from sales tools. Analyze the energy drinks category market to support strategic planning and optimization across all areas through advanced analytics. Responsibilities: Key Areas of Focus The following key responsibilities will be entrusted to you: - Update and distribute Regional and National Sales dashboards to facilitate strategic decision-making and Business Plan development for Off Premise Channels. - Analyze detailed reports on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Monitor and analyze Market Share and execution reports at Points of Sale (POS) using sources such as Retail Index, Scantrack, Dunnhumby, Golden Stores, and other external data. - Identify market opportunities and provide insights to support sales leverage strategies. - Maintain clean and accurate Business Intelligence (BI) reports and serve as primary source of sales information for the National Sales Team. - Provide technical support for DPM, Strikers, and KA teams to ensure optimal performance of sales apps and tools. Advanced Data Analysis: - Develop predictive models to forecast sales trends and customer behaviors, providing actionable insights to the Off Premise team. - Implement early warning systems by monitoring key market indicators and trends, alerting relevant stakeholders to potential opportunities or risks. - Conduct in-depth analyses on market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights driving strategic initiatives. Data Governance and Culture: - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data governance practices and regular quality checks. - Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures to maintain highest standards of data quality. - Train and support team members in best practices for data analysis and reporting, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or similar. - Minimum 2 years in administrative, commercial areas, or market research industry. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; strong analytical and data visualization skills. - Proficient in English and Spanish. - Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and market opportunities.
