We're looking for our next Shipping and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities - Relevant experience in supply chain and logistics, Last mile operations, reverse logistics. - Handle Logistics and shipping with a focus on time and appropriate handling. - Save money on monthly shipping charges both for ground, and LTL - Monitor processes, update, and contribute to the implementation of new and better structures. - Experience with BOL and shipping docs generation. - TMS usage, would be needed. Requirements and skills - Prior experience working with logistics and shipping - Great communication skills and teamwork - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job - Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English required - B2 or higher.
