About the roleThe Lead Generation Analyst (LGA) plays a critical role inidentifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients tosupport the company’s revenue growth. This role involves marketresearch, data analysis, and lead generation strategy execution todrive high-quality leads into the sales pipeline. The LGA will workclosely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) andBusiness Development Director (BDD) to ensure a steady flow ofqualified leads, leveraging CRM tools, marketing automationplatforms, and prospecting databases. This position requires adetail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced,metrics-driven environment. What you will do: 1. Research targetmarkets, industries, and competitors to identify high-valueprospects aligned with the company’s services. 2. Stay informed onindustry trends, customer pain points, and emerging technologies torefine lead targeting strategies. 3. Utilize LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data enrichment tools toidentify potential leads. 4. Build and maintain an accurate andup-to-date database of qualified leads using CRM systems (HubSpot,Salesforce, or equivalent). 5. Ensure compliance with dataprotection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when handlingprospect data. 6. Utilize email marketing, LinkedIn outreach,content marketing, and cold prospecting techniques to generateengagement. 7. Work closely with the marketing team to executetargeted campaigns, leveraging industry insights. 8. Monitorconversion rates and optimize outreach strategies based ondata-driven insights. 9. Partner with BDRs and BDDs to align leadgeneration efforts with sales pipeline goals. 10. Participate inweekly pipeline meetings to review progress, share insights, andrefine strategies. 11. Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM)initiatives by identifying key decision-makers and influencerswithin target accounts. 12. Track and report key metrics, includinglead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL). 13.Generate weekly and monthly reports to assess campaigneffectiveness and refine lead generation strategies. What youbring: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relatedfield. 2. 2+ years of experience in lead generation, marketresearch, or data analysis. 3. Strong research and analyticalskills: Ability to synthesize market data and identifyhigh-potential prospects. 4. Understanding of the IT consultingindustry and services: Familiarity with B2B technology solutions isa plus. 5. Knowledge of lead generation best practices andstrategies. 6. Proficiency in marketing automation tools. 7.Data-driven mindset: Strong ability to interpret lead generationmetrics and optimize outreach efforts. 8.
