Your Responsibilities: Lead a team of 12 to 18 people, motivating and developing them to reach their full potential. Oversee daily program operations, ensuring quality, service level, and staffing objectives are met. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence. Communicate key information effectively to keep your team aligned and well-informed. Provide constructive feedback to direct reports, supporting their professional development. Collaborate with departments like Quality, Training, and Recruiting to enhance processes and share best practices. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure world-class service. Act as an ambassador of our company culture, embodying our values in every interaction. Gain in-depth knowledge of our client’s business, earning their trust through expertise and commitment.
