**Position Overview**: Under the direction of the applicable management, the Administrator is responsible for ensuring the administrative functioning of the GDO Center and supporting clinical document administration and database entry as needed. **Primary activities include, but are not limited to**: Administrator Provide financial support including the preparation of purchase orders in internal purchasing systems, coordination of procurement and invoice cycle for department needs and control of payments. Assist in department and Merck/MSD site operations administrative activities including, but not limited to, complex organization of meetings and business travels. Collect, organize and archive documentation. Communication with local and global entities and communication with external companies if needed. Support document preparation and coordinate logistics for internal audits. Prepare translations, data analysis and presentations on the request of managers. Assist in the maintenance of staff Curriculum Vitaes (CVs) Receiver Receives the clinical trial related paper documents (e.g. patient diary, adjudication, etc.) from sites or other functional areas, registers them into a work management tool and transfers to data enterer for processing. Data Enterer Performs Sponsor Data Entry as applicable per data management plans following entry guidelines and Merck Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
