The Opportunity TP is on a top-down, bottom-up journey to embed Emotional Intelligence (EI) into the very fabric of our company’s culture. Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the human capacity to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions, as well as to recognize and understand the feelings of others. This involves several key components, developed based on experiences and training, such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills. By practicing mindful listening and compassion and by cultivating habits that enhance our emotional skills, we believe we can improve our interactions, manage conflicts effectively, and foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Based on this TP initiative, we seek a skilled Brain Brief Profile De-briefer with a specialization in Emotional Intelligence (EI). The employee will be responsible for providing exceptional and insightful debriefs of the Brain Brief Profile (BBP) assessment from Six Seconds. The ideal candidate will be trained in emotional intelligence (EQ) tools and coaching techniques. You will work one-on-one with TP employees to interpret their BBP results and support their personal or professional development during the 30-60 minute debrief session. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of emotional awareness, resilience and effective interpersonal and relationships across the organization. The Responsibilities & Duties - Conduct virtual debriefs of Brain Brief Profile assessments with clients using Six Seconds’ tools and frameworks. - Interpret BBP data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for individuals. - Support clients in identifying patterns in their Emotional Intelligence and potential areas for growth. - Maintain accurate records of sessions, insights, and follow-up actions. - Collaborate with coaching teams or HR professionals to align debrief insights with broader development goals. - Stay updated on Emotional Intelligence tools and continuing education as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical coaching practices. The Qualifications - Strong knowledge of emotional intelligence principles and Six Seconds methodology. - Experience in coaching, training, education, HR, or a related field. - Experience in delivering feedback at multiple levels throughout the organization. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including time management and/or project management. - Ability to facilitate discussions with empathy, neutrality, and insight. - Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, assessment platforms). - Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. Preferred - Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, resilience and confidentiality. - Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence certification (s) or experience a plus.
