**Publications and Social Media Marketing Specialist** Remote - Anywhere in Colombia, South America FT | Contract | Internship| Administration Support **Locations** Colombia, Any city **Profile Brief** Prisma International Corporation is hiring a **Publications and Social Media Marketing Content Specialist**, to support content development for our internal publications, marketing materials, brochures, social media management, and staff writing aligned with the delivery of domestic and international projects and programs, with a presence in North America, South American, the Caribbean, and European Union member states. Native or fluent (English language skills) and bilingual skills in a second language at the C2 level are required for current openings. Spanish preferred** Demonstrated ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English. Under mínimal supervision, this position oversees the social media platforms, content creation, and development pieces for publishing, material development to support projects and programs in the strategic landscape for Prisma International Corporation, Prisma International Corporation B.V., and Prisma International Corporation SAS for the **Language Services and Consulting Divisions** function and support **Daily Operational** needs, related to corporate communication and marketing efforts. You will respond to all posted or randomly received communication on **LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook**, and others., and provides executive communications for all activity at the company. The **Publications and Social Media Marketing Content Specialist** will lead marketing campaigns, google ad-words, research, creation, and editing publications to increase corporate awareness and to enhance the customer experience through written work. You will record interactions and documentation on (**CRM Salesforce**) and provide general support for other administrative duties including but not limited to training course development work and LSP dispatch support functions. The **Publications and Social Media Marketing Content Specialist** will assemble training and management documentation. For our delivery client work, the MCS will translate manufacturing procedures and processes that they watch or learn about into a variety of formats, from instruction manuals to frequently asked questions, how-to, fact sheets, technical specifications, training videos, and reference manuals. The specialist will work as an **individual contributor** and be responsible for all aspects of some documents and be part of a team and need to perform duties reliably to get the project or program completed on time. The Specialist and content creator should have strong writing and communications skills. A background or experience in working with a consulting firm and manufacturing companies is a plus. Technical writing is required. The **Publications and Social Media Marketing Content Specialist** must possess excellent communication skills, particularly in writing. The specialist must be clear and concise and be able to work with a wide variety of colleagues to be sure they have a good understanding of the product or process they are writing about to convey all the important information about it to the end-user. Must be able to work under pressure and meet all deadlines. They should also have a good command of the technical terms and vocabulary commonly used in the field in which they are working. And they should write in a consistent style. The **Publications and Social Media Marketing Content Specialist** should be able to work well with other members of the staff, who will all review the document writer's work before it is published and released. Document writers should have an excellent command of grammar and punctuation and show great attention to detail. Use of spell check and Grammarly is a must. Detailed Job Description - **Meetings** - Attends Strategy Sessions participates actively and schedules performance 1:1 discussion with direct line manager. - **Office equipment** - Operates standard office equipment including copier and fax machines. Troubleshoots and maintains repair and contract records. - **Supplies** - Orders and maintains an office and commonly used supplies, forms, and equipment by periodically checking inventories of supplies on hand, completing the purchase requisitions to order additional supplies, and ensuring accurate orders are received. - **Travel** - Coordinates domestic or foreign travel arrangements, arrange travel itinerary, expense reports, and monitor reimbursements for client visits as needed. - **Database Management and Admin** - Sets up databases and enters information into computer systems to produce reports and maintain accurate information.
