Implement actions and controls to ensure productivity, process quality. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Have knowledge of the documentation required for the purchase of invoices or fuel advances: types, content, and structures. - Prioritize cash advances, meeting the maximum disbursement time established in the value proposition and selecting the correct terms and conditions applicable to the product: rates, payer, amount, load number, and payment method. - Process received invoices before the specified cutoff time, following the timelines set for audit and verification processes. - Request additional documentation, improved quality, or clarifications from clients and payers, and inform the Account Executive and all relevant instances. - Process documentation or relevant information to the account executive to prevent economic losses or portfolio deterioration resulting from the client-payer relationship. - Submit requested follow-up and/or control reports, adhering to the structures and frequency specified for each case. - Perform controls related to each process and/or procedure outlined in the manuals. - Participate in continuous improvement processes. - Provide support to accounting in identifying payments with discrepancies or whose origin does not allow direct processing. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Detail-oriented and result-oriented. - Independent and proactive. - Determined and not afraid to speak up. - Stable, reliable, and responsible. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered. - **Experience**: At least six months of experience working in bilingual operations, customer service, back office, or related.
