Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for complex issues escalated by Tier I application support team. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system performance, connectivity, and software-related issues. Analyze logs and metrics to help identify application health and proactively address problems. Collaborate with and escalate more severe issues to development or infrastructure teams. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes to support applications effectively. Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and provide feedback to product and development teams. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position. Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues. Working knowledge of web-based applications, APIs, and databases. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with logging observability systems (e.g., Coralogix or similar). Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base tools. Knowledge of scripting or programming languages for log analysis is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
