We are hiring forpositions in: - Europe – Brno, Czech Republic. - LATAM - Bogotá,Colombia. As a Customer Success Manager you’ll ensure smoothonboarding, guide customers through implementation, and maintainhigh satisfaction with our solution. By identifying opportunitiesfor growth, you’ll act as a bridge between customers and ourinternal teams, including technical support, product management,and sales. On a daily basis you will collaborate closely with ourCSM team in Colombia/Czech Republic, ensuring seamless globalcooperation. We have an amazing office in Brno/Bogotá, and we’dlove for you to be there! Being present helps you connect andcollaborate with your colleagues in person, which is something wevalue. Your responsibilities - Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing customers. - Lead the onboardingprocess and ensure fast adoption of Safetica solutions. - Activelycommunicate with key customer users and stakeholders (e.g., ITadministrators, security managers). - Resolve customer issues andwork with technical support on more complex incidents. - Identifyopportunities for service expansion or product upselling. - Monitorand measure customer satisfaction, including collecting regularfeedback. - Prepare reports on customer usage and recommendimprovements. - Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teamson customer campaigns and case studies. What are we looking for? -At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., CustomerSuccess, Account Manager, IT Consultant). - Experience with B2Bcustomers, ideally in IT or software. - English languageproficiency at the C1 level. - Native-level proficiency inCzech/Slovak language (for CSM role in Czech Republic). - Strongcommunication and presentation skills. - Strong organizational andtime management skills in dynamic environments. Technical skills -Knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices (e.g., dataprotection, sensitive data classification, user access management). - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). -Experience managing Windows workstations and servers. - Familiaritywith macOS, including basic troubleshooting and systemconfiguration. - Ability to interpret technical information andtranslate it into actionable solutions for end users.
