Position Summary The Marketing Director will lead and drive marketing strategy across Europe developing a cohesive plan that strengthens brand positioning drives growth and enhances customer engagement. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute regional marketing strategy aligning with global brand and business objectives - Oversee all areas of marketing including brand management digital marketing product marketing communications and market intelligence - Collaborate closely with regional sales product and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals - Drive customer acquisition retention and engagement through targeted campaigns and innovative marketing channels - Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making - Build and lead a high-performing regionally distributed marketing team Qualifications 10+ years of marketing experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role ideally within the automotive or industrial sectors
