JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT Provide thought leadership in programs designed to increase awareness and knowledge of compliance policies to prevent emerging issues. Ensure internal understanding of policies, procedures and documentation to comply with government laws and regulations. Advise leaders on new trends and identify issues to anticipate their impact on the business. Coordinate the preparation of technical reports, product registrations and import and export activities. Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUIALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Project management skills and experience Previous and strong related work experience Advanced English Language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree or other post-secondary degree More than two years of supervisory experience Experience in quality systems (Preferred food industry) “At Cargill, everyone matters and everyone counts.
