Job Description: The Technical Support Consultant will provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails to resolve various difficulties. They will gather data to ensure the required technical information is collected to resolve even more complex tickets. The consultant must maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services and securely work with customers' sensitive information.
