Department: Sales / Business Development Reports to: Business Development Manager or Sales Director Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential client leads, initiating contact through outbound outreach, and helping drive new business opportunities for our staffing services. You will work closely with account executives and recruiters to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, primarily in the U.S. market. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, research abilities, and an interest in staffing and sales. • Lead Research & Prospecting • Identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google, job boards, and company databases • Build targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profiles (industries, regions, job titles, etc.) • Outbound Outreach • Execute cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences • Initiate outbound calls or LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers • Set appointments for Account Executives or Business Development Managers • CRM Management • Enter, track, and update lead data and engagement history in the CRM • Maintain lead quality and ensure information is current and complete • Collaboration & Reporting • Coordinate with the sales and recruiting team to align outreach with staffing capabilities • Report weekly lead generation activity, outcomes, and insights • Share market intelligence and trends with the team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Number of new leads added per week/month • Number of outbound emails/calls/messages sent • Email open & reply rates • Number of meetings booked or qualified leads handed off • CRM accuracy and activity tracking • Conversion rate from lead to sales opportunity ________________________________________ Qualifications: • 2+ year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or outbound prospecting • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Comfortable with cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) • Organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently • Strong internet research skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or staffing companies • Familiarity with outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Sales Navigator) • Experience in B2B industries (staffing, recruiting, HR tech, or services) • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and time zones Work Environment & Benefits: • 100% remote – work from anywhere in Colombia • Work aligned with Pacific Time (PT) business hours • Performance-based bonuses or commissions for booked meetings or converted leads • Paid training and onboarding support • Opportunity for career growth into sales, marketing, or recruiting roles • Supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment
