This role will sit within our Finance team, which includes Strategic Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Tax. Our team members apply their expertise and business savvy to ensure that we are aligned to deliver to our customers and investors with fiscal preciseness and operational excellence. In this role, you will assist with the management and corporate reporting effort for the company regarding budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of expenses and revenue. This position will primarily support the services organization and overall PowerBi reports.Primary responsibilities will include:Collaborating with the leadership stakeholders to prepare their detailed annual budget and to build quarterly and annual forecasts for expenses and revenuePreparing financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis for supported business unitsPreparing monthly analysis that highlight key drivers of variances vs. the budget, forecast, prior months and prior year for expenses and revenueProviding financial support for operational review meetings with the director and the VP of Strategic Finance that highlight financial and key performance indicator (KPI’s) performanceCollaborating with peers in Accounting and Finance on the monthly close as well as in performing ad-hoc analysisProviding ad hoc support to Business Unit leadershipEstablishing and maintaining proper financial controls over established processesMonthly updates and maintenance of PowerBI reportsLooking for ways to improve the accuracy and reduce the amount of time required to complete the current forecasting process through the increased use of automation and developing new tools and reporting capabilitiesThe Candidate:Required qualifications/skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field and 5+ years of related prior experience5-8 years of relevant professional experience Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or aboveAdvanced financial acumenStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with particular focus on financial modeling and the use of advanced features of spreadsheetsAdvanced Power BI and Power Query for data analytics purposesHighly organized and ability to work on multiple projects at onceHigh level of analytical ability and accuracyAbility to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervisionExcellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skillsTeam player able to build relationships and work across the organizationStrategic and analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skillsExcellent time management, project management and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environmentHighest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive and confidential informationPreferred qualifications/skills:Prior experience with financial systems (OneStream, Hyperion or other)Power BI, Power Query, Data Analysis tools5-8 years of relevant professional experienceThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
