Job Description We are seeking an experienced Creative Operations Leader to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing the operation of our in-house agency, combining strong operational skills with creative vision. The successful candidate will develop and scale two key functions: a nimble internal creative studio supporting high-volume needs, and a forward-thinking creative team delivering exceptional work. You will design systems and processes that empower world-class creative professionals, meeting fast-paced business demands. This position lays the foundation for how our in-house agency expresses our brand to the world, partnering with senior leaders to champion the value of creativity and design. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, delivering flawless creative work across various projects. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with the Director of Creative Operations to design, implement, and optimize tools and systems enhancing team efficiency and creative performance. - Overseeing resource management, budgeting, workflow optimization, project tracking, and establishing best practices across the in-house agency. - Leveraging extensive experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns as the primary point of contact for incoming project requests. - Maintaining rigorous organization by tracking project details and providing accurate cost and timeline estimates for new initiatives. - Acting as a strategic partner and creative problem-solver, balancing stakeholder needs while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture. This is a hybrid position with expectation of days in office confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Required Skills and Qualifications - 8+ years of experience leading and scaling creative teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. - Deep expertise in program management, workflow optimization, and creative operations for large-scale, high-volume projects. - Proven ability to manage complex creative pipelines, including budgeting, resource allocation, and team leadership. - Demonstrated success in building and nurturing high-performing teams that deliver award-winning, culture-defining work and attract top talent. - Outstanding communication and executive presence, inspiring creative ambition across all levels of the organization.
