We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People and Places team, reporting to the senior manager of HR Technology. In this role, you will help maintain enhancements and improvements to our People Technology platform of Workday HCM, onboarding, benefits, absence management, advanced comp, performance management, EIBs, reporting, and downstream system integrations. You’ll collaborate with the HRIS team and cross-functional stakeholders to automate and continuously improve HR processes, systems, and procedures to achieve maximum department and organizational efficiency., then this position will be of interest to you. **What you’ll do**: - Respond to support requests promptly and accurately, clearly communicating the status of the requests through resolution - Troubleshoot system and integration errors and issues as they arise and assess options for resolution - Identify data issues, lead efforts to interpret data and trends, make recommendations, and facilitate resolutions - Improve tools and processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing integrations - Continue to develop and modify processes to follow best practices for efficiency and accuracy - Prepare reports and summaries for various data requests, including statistical and analytical reporting, as well as ad hoc and scheduled reports for metrics, compliance, and other HR data needs - Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion **What you’ll bring**: - A minimum of 6 years of HR technology experience, such as Workday HCM, Oracle HCM, Jobvite, Litmos, etc. - Ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data - Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly - Excellent verbal and written skills - Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel—including pivot tables, v-lookup, concatenation, and macros - Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment - Great attitude and strong soft skills—self-starter, highly motivated, ability to handle competing priorities, etc. - BA, BS preferred **What success looks like**: ***After six months, you will - Develop a strong understanding of Infoblox processes and HR technology - Build partnerships with cross-functional peers and key stakeholders - Develop a strong understanding of the monthly and quarterly metrics for executive team - Support the maintenance and configuration of integrations and external vendors After about a year, you will - Gain a holistic understanding of the HR systems to help drive overall process improvements - Deliver a variety of advanced analytic and HR dashboards for users across the organization - Lead HR process improvements and multi-system automation project - Develop internal knowledge base and process documentation **Why Infoblox?** ***We’ve created a culture that embraces **diversity, equity, and inclusion** and rewards innovation, curiosity, and creativity.
