Job Title: Platform Engineering Director We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineering Director to lead our cloud infrastructure division. In this role, you will oversee the development and deployment of scalable DevOps and MLOps infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Build a robust DevOps and MLOps infrastructure to support business growth. - Drive the transition to offering a SaaS product. - Enable our business model driven by AWS and Azure. - Manage large computational loads for a 100+ engineer company. Requirements: - A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering and/or DevOps. - 2+ years leading DevOps and/or platform teams in a technology-driven company. - Leadership experience with excellent communication skills. - Hands-on experience in development, deployment, and production environments for AI solutions (particularly LLMs). - Experience leading MLOps/AI/Data engineers. - Solid understanding of DevOps practices and agile methodologies. - Experience deploying SaaS solutions. - Extensive experience of AWS and Azure. - Proven experience using automation to support deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management (i.e. Terraform, etc).
