You will be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of production according to the schedule, principles of safety, quality, and cost management. As a team leader, you will manage and implement all aspects of manufacturing high-quality products across different shifts at the Bogotá plant. You will oversee plant resources efficiently and safely, achieving metrics in EHS, QFS, cost, and service. This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Leadership: Manage manufacturing processes across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and cost standards are met. Drive Results: Ensure compliance with security policies to protect personnel and assets, promoting safety culture within the team. Strategic Thinking: Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to equipment, methods, and organization to meet current and future demands. Build Effective Teams: Manage operational personnel, fostering development through training and direct communication. We’re Looking for Someone With Industrial, Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineer degree. At least 3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics. Desirable: 2 years of experience in continuous improvement systems (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar).
