Network Infrastructure Professional We seek a skilled and driven Network Engineer to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves hands-on implementation, maintenance, and support of complex multi-vendor network environments. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in firewalls, switching, wireless technologies, and enterprise-level network troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage a multi-vendor network infrastructure including firewalls, Layer 2/3 switches, and wireless access points. - Perform physical installation and cabling during scheduled change management windows. - Troubleshoot user and endpoint connectivity issues across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi. - Collaborate with the global network engineering team to execute configuration changes, software upgrades, and introduce new technologies. - Maintain accurate documentation including logical and physical network diagrams, cabling layouts, and circuit details. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in firewall configuration, LAN/WAN technologies, wireless networking, and network security. - In-depth experience with routing protocols, VLANs, firewall rules, and wireless access infrastructure. - Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, and Meraki hardware. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or similar platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing infrastructure. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
