Job Description We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Delivery Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling customer issues and providing solutions/workarounds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. 2. Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. 3. Deliver effective and efficient technical support to a portfolio of Salesforce.com instances. 4. Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integration of technical systems. 5. Provide support and suggest workarounds to end users to carry out their business workflows. 6. Able to articulate user needs and possess a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. 7. Participate in walkthroughs/demos of applications during various stages of the project or application lifecycle. 8. Provide solutions and suggestions to the business from a holistic point of view and assist in defining detailed requirements. 9. Effectively research and analyze business requirements and translate them into quality systems requirement specifications. 10. Actively participate in the systems implementation process and have a thorough understanding of the change management process. 11. Improve the end-user experience by finding scalable solutions and addressing complex ad-hoc queries. 12. Review JIRA ticketing intake system and update email notifications (for updates and new tickets) and ensure that new tickets get assigned to a resource and existing ones are actioned on. 13. Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. 14. Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk. 15.
