Job Description This position requires a professional with expertise in SAP Customer Engagement Manager to facilitate solutions and technical services for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customer requirements, understanding the client's landscape, and providing guidance on SAP RISE Platform. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, including SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. They will be responsible for joining meetings, answering technical queries from customers, and presenting assessments. This role is customer-facing and requires strong technical skills, particularly in SAP Basis area with at least 5+ years of experience. Cloud knowledge, S/4 HANA Application, and HANA database expertise are also essential. The candidate should be able to rotate through different internal SAP dCEM CoE (Migrations, Upgrade, Escalation, Go-Live) and engage with multiple customers across various industries to gain insights into different SAP Landscape setups, delivery processes, and challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical architecture and landscape issues/query guidance to end customers - Support sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services - Contribute to onboarding/transitions of customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES - Orchestrate service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones - Support de-escalations of critical customer situations - Execute problem management and continuous improvement - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer success - Review account status and analyze if account needs transition to another team based on growth or complexity Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Technical Expertise: - SAP Basis with at least 5+ years of experience - Cloud knowledge (e.g., Solution Management, Consulting, and/or Delivery Program management) - S/4 HANA Application and HANA database expertise - Experience in SAP Upgrade and Migration (OS/DB) Soft Skills: - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits As an employee of this company, you will enjoy the following benefits: Employee Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance - Employee assistance program - 401(k) retirement plan - 10 days of paid time off per year - 10 paid holidays per year Other Information We offer a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
