Position Purpose: Provide support in the payroll preparation, review, and management process, ensuring accuracy in calculations, compliance with labour regulations, and proper documentation of payments and deductions for all employees. Job Requirements:
Payroll Preparation and Processing: Assist in generating and validating employee payroll, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal regulations. Deductions and Benefits Calculation: Verify and process social security deductions, taxes, loans, and other applicable concepts. Payment Management and Reporting: Coordinate payroll payment preparation and generate related reports for accounting and auditing. Employee Support: Provide assistance and clarification to employees regarding payments, deductions, and other payroll-related matters. Record-Keeping and Documentation Control: Maintain up-to-date payroll files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the correct application of labour and tax regulations in the payroll process. Social Security Parameters: Supervise and ensure the proper application of social security contributions, including health, pension, occupational risks, and other legal benefits in accordance with current regulations. Attributes & Attitude Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling payroll figures and documents to avoid errors. Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a high-demand environment. Confidentiality: High level of integrity in handling financial information and personal data. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll efficiently. Teamwork: Collaboration with the HR and accounting team to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Knowledge Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processes, benefits management, or personnel administration. Proficiency in payroll management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of labour legislation, tax withholdings, and social security. Experience in the calculation and processing of social security contributions in accordance with legal regulations. Analytical and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in payroll processes.
