Professional Services Architect Skills & Qualifications - Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design. - Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges. - Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems and infrastructure. - Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving. - Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs. - Scripting is a plus. - Experience with Fortinet portfolio is a plus - Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer. - In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and transitional methodologies. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Portuguese, English and Spanish Job **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional and delivery phases. - Provide remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of the solution, transition, and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles. - Test existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges during both transition and delivery. - Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency. - Work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of the solutions aligns with the overall strategy. - Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices. - Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of solutions. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
