The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM architecture, extensive experience working in the US, and a deep understanding of local building systems and codes. - Expertise in Revit/Archicad with several years of experience working in the US Market. - Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects, including construction sets, building permits, 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations. - Fluency in English, both written and oral. - Availability for full-time positions. - Proactive communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with clients. - Candidates must reside in Latin America.
