**As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for the acquiring new Clients for Performante - this will include**: - searching for and reaching out to potential Clients on LATAM markets - analysing Client’s needs and requirements during the sales process - preparing presentations and offers for potential Clients - running business negotiations, processing contracts, closing deals - cooperating with other team members and business units during creating marketing concepts and offers for the Client - monitoring recent situation and trends on the market - representing Performante on various events and / or meetings with Clients - providing guidance and advice on solutions proposed to the Clients, based on market specifics **We are looking for a person with**: - experience in acquiring business Clients in services sector, preferably consulting, marketing or any other digital serivces - developed network of connections on the market - experience in preparing compound offers, tailored to each Client’s needs - skills in listening, asking right follow-up questions and deriving Clients needs from the conversation - great attention to detail and strong focus on quality - excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills - knack for building relationships and trust with a Client - ability to catch attention and attract Clients - passion for b2b sales, good business acumen - ambition, goal-orientation, and persistence in achieving goals - interest and eagerness to develop in the digital marketing field - fluent command of English (minimum C1 level)
