We are hiring the best talent for **ITC Analyst - Disputes **to be located in **Bogotá, Colombia** The Disputes Analyst is responsible for good processing disputes and development support in the process for specific business MRCs and markets in LATAM by JNJ Global Services. You will ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place, that processes and policies are established and detailed in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP and other control requirements. Additionally, work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of disputes management process across various entities. **The main responsibilities are**: - Customer risk assessment and mitigation: - Researches and help in the resolution of errors in system or process and escalates issues as needed. - Contacts internal areas to resolve disputes or provide guidelines. - Identify risks / potential areas for negotiation. - Partners with ITC and Deliver leadership in continuous improvement process the resolutions disputes - Is responsible for providing analytical and systems support to collections Team crafting and maintaining specialized reporting and queries. - Responsible for system data validation, knowing where to acquire the data sources, and presenting the data in a format that allows management to make strategic decisions. - Define best practices by identifying and understanding the root cause and implementing appropriate actions that will provide end-to-end processes improvements to drive customer happiness. - Monitor critical metric results to meet the dedication of Service Level Agreement and deliver high quality of service. - Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager. **Qualifications** **Love this role?
