The Impact of a Digital Sales Executive at Coupa: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a quota-carrying role serving existing customers and prospects, working closely with Account Directors to develop new prospects and close accounts. The ISR also manages smaller upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. What You'll Do: Exceed sales targets annually. Develop and execute account plans. Prospect and build pipelines for Coupa’s cloud spend management solutions in mid-market accounts. Engage with C-level executives to demonstrate Coupa’s strategic value and close deals. Implement Business Value Selling within the Challenger Sale model. Provide thought leadership and co-sell with partners as needed. Build joint vision roadmaps with clients. Create and execute demand generation campaigns. Deliver compelling executive proposals. Follow sales best practices and forecast accurately. Maintain records in Salesforce. Align messaging to the chief economic buyer and develop account penetration strategies. What You Will Bring to Coupa: Proven sales experience in software, particularly in domain-specific solutions. Track record of exceeding quotas in SaaS and on-premise sales. Strong presence with C-level executives, especially CFOs. Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals. Ability to prospect in greenfield accounts and plan mid-market strategies. Focus on selling business value using ROI and TCO models. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration. SaaS sales experience and domain expertise in AP Automation and spend management preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
