Accountable for leading and managing strategic partnerships with key customers in defined market, for the achievement of the assigned targets for profitable sales volume and market share gains. Responsibilities: Accountable for the achievement of the assigned targets in key accounts: annual operating plan (AOP) in Gross sales and Net Sales. Accountable for building strong and long-lasting relationships with key local customers. Strives to establish clear market(s)/channel(s) strategic framework and customers’ leading initiatives that accelerates the position of Splenda and solidifies its position as new Brazilian brand. Develop and implement growth plans, KPI's, performance benchmarking, troubleshooting performance gaps, and nurturing outstanding initiatives with the assigned key accounts. Facilitate and maintain open communication & positive relationship with distributor functional areas to ensure all customers’ inquiries, orders, invoices and complaints are resolved quickly and effectively. Gather data and information compiling it, analyzing it, and creating formal reports and presentations that will be used in the formulation of decisions and strategies. Train and coach distributor(s) team to consistently exceed functional sales goals under HFPG culture creating brand and technical awareness. Proactively leads business’s reviews and critical milestones for HFPG and key customers’ analyzing overall performance according to defined KPI’s and scorecards Facilitate a smooth achievement of brand goals by aligning targets and customer approaches with the marketing team. Work closely with the cross-functional team managing forecast and identify gaps to target, risks in the plan, and opportunities not yet in the plan. Develop gap-closing action plans. Accountable to build, align and update unconstrained 12-month rolling demand and establish yearly budget. Qualifications High level of CPG experience, at least 5 years. Bachelor’s Degree High level of managerial skills Travel 40% of time 80% Verbal and written skills in English.
