Job Description We are seeking experienced Genesys Cloud Consultants to join our expanding team. Key Focus Areas: Genesys Cloud Architect and Professional Services: Provide support related to Genesys Cloud architecture, ensuring effective implementation and integration within client operations. Genesys Cloud Training: Conduct training sessions for supervisors, administrators, users, and architects to improve their understanding and utilization of Genesys Cloud features. Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM): Offer expert guidance to optimize workforce management processes within the Genesys Cloud environment. Additional Competencies: Experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics with Genesys Cloud.
