Scope of the Role As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in producing high-converting video content for our media buyers. Your work will directly impact the success of our advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling, scroll-stopping videos that capture audiences' attention within the first few seconds. Duties and Responsibilities: - Edit and produce engaging social media videos for Facebook and Instagram ads, ranging from 30 to 60 seconds. - Apply best practices for video hooks and scroll-stopping content to optimize ad performance. - Collaborate with media buyers to align video content with campaign goals and target audience. - Transform raw footage into polished, impactful ad creatives. - Implement motion graphics, text overlays, and effects to enhance video engagement. - Stay updated on the latest trends in social media advertising and video editing. Requirements Requirements: - Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably for digital ads or social media content. - Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, short-form video content. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Understanding of video hooks, retention techniques, and best practices for social media ads. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
