What You Will Do: -Execute the staffing strategy for company openings. - Correctlyobtain information related to the profile and assignment of therequired openings. - Collaborate with the recruiting department toidentify candidates for various openings. - Presenting candidatesto various clients and leads - Collaborate with the Operations andClient Services areas to identify farming possibilities in thedifferent accounts. - Propose improvements to the staffing andrecruiting processes. Here's what we're looking for: - Demonstratedanalytical ability, extreme attention to detail, effectiveprioritization, and multitasking abilities - Degree in Business,Systems, HR, or a related field. - Experience in staffing orproject management for at least three years is preferred. -Desirable: 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment. - AdvancedEnglish level.
