Job Description Serve as a liaison between the client, the catering team, and other departments to ensure event needs are met. Coordinate the logistical aspects of meetings and events, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, and signage. Assist organizers, guests, and clients with all their needs throughout the event, providing personalized service and anticipating their needs. Oversee and coordinate event timing and activities to ensure their smooth execution. Qualifications The Meeting Concierge is responsible for ensuring that meetings and events organized at the hotel run smoothly, providing personalized assistance to organizers and participants throughout the event. Applicants should have a background in tourism, hotel management, or a related field, with over three years of experience in the luxury hotel industry or similar, focusing on event or banquet coordination. Essential skills include knowledge of event management, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service capabilities. Fluent and conversational English is a mandatory requirement.
