You will lead exciting digital transformation programs from presales to ‘go live’. You will work with us on the delivery of digital solutions for some of the largest companies in the US. Working with the client and with our teams based in LATAM, NA and India, you will be responsible for leading and assisting to drive current and future projects in a leadership role. We highly value Openness, Collaboration, Learning Mindset, and partnering with our clients to drive Positive Outcomes.Your Impact:Develop and oversee the production of project deliverables including estimations, plans, risks and change management processes, traceability matrices.Able to define and implement a delivery approach that uses best practices but is also tailored for the client.Act as the client point of contact to understand their business needs, manage and control program objectives.Work with domain experts and clients to define project objectives, approach, plan and budget.Oversee the overall program activities, controlling needs, schedule, cost and quality.Lead diverse multi-skilled teams to deliver integrated solutions that achieve measurable business value.Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution.Keep track of project financials and deliver the programs as per the sold-as margins.Identify, manage and help to mitigate project issues and risks.QualificationsYour Skills & Experience:10+ years of program/project management experience in delivering digital or technology-based solutions.Agile delivery, with experience in leading digital transformation, customer experience CX or digital projects.Proficiency in English.Comfort with large scale platform delivery. You are familiar with enterprise engineering, new product development as well as CMS, e-commerce, and omni-channel solutions.Led diverse teams of 20 or more people in dynamic and fast-paced environments in a globally distributed model, with resources representing multiple disciplines.A mind-set for owning the delivery strategy and set-up of the end to end delivery process and tools.Strategic and consulting focused management with C-level executives to nurture trusted relationships.Leading multiple projects and client engagement with revenue & profitability, quality and timeline accountability.Proven in delivering enterprise programs and comfortable working with globally distributed team.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Set Yourself Apart With:Technical business analysis experience in consulting and digital transformation solutions.SAFe Certification and experience delivering in a SAFe environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
