ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy and Relationships (40%) Builds in-country commercial, distributor, and partner relationships. Defines, develops, and executes the Panduit promotional strategy for distributors/partners. Works with business unit team members and content marketing to develop content packages. Effectively deliver product and solution launch packages and incorporate launches into annual marketing plans for appropriate distributors/partners. Manages relationships with external agencies and distributors/partners to ensure communication objectives are met within schedule and budget. Marketing Campaigns (40%) Builds and executes joint marketing plans. Manages all marketing activity requests and their approvals as well as ensuring the application of metrics where appropriate. Leads in developing events, in collaboration with event manager if applicable, and other activities targeted at decision-makers/influencers in high-priority vertical markets. Development (10%) Develops concepts, promotional materials, and content in coordination with the Brand and Content marketing teams. Budget & Account Management (10%) Ensures plans are in line with MDF budgets and processes MDF invoice payments to adhere to budget. Manages all channel contact information, plans, invoices, and content via channel marketing platform ensuring accurate representation for each account's budget, activities, and payments. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications sufficient to achieve position expectations Required. (or local country equivalent education) Experience: 5-7 years experience job family related. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Customer Service focused, developing relationships by listening and understanding the customer (both internal and external). Anticipates and provides solutions and alternatives to customer needs, giving high priority to customer satisfaction. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences. Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
