**Who You'll Work With**: You will be based in one of our Spanish Latam Offices. You will work closely with the Experience Professional (EP) Recruiting Manager and other EP recruiting leaders, leading Compact (Operations/McKinsey Implementation/Sustainability) and Client Capabilities center teams for the region. **What You'll Do**: You will manage, develop and coach a team of 3-6 EP recruiters, interns and recruiting assistants across Latin America - teams dedicated to Compact. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, professional development, feedback and evaluation processes for team. As the Manager of Recruiting Operations, you must build and nurture a remote team in which members are goal-oriented, mutually-supportive, and focused on achieving team objectives, including staying on budget and cost recovery while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work together with Experience Professionals and other recruiting staff, consultant recruiting leaders, and counterparts in other offices to support the design and execution of innovative recruiting strategies. You will drive improvements in firm EP recruiting effectiveness and efficiency across Latam You will develop deep, credible, specialized knowledge on multiple recruiting topics, acting as a critical source of information within the function and sought out beyond the region to actively shape recruiting approaches. You will conduct tactical analysis of our day to day operational performance and health in the region - identifying gaps/inefficiencies, disseminating critical findings, proactively problem-solving with team members and stakeholders, and partnering with regional manager of recruiting to develop strategies to deliver against priorities. You will have direct management responsibility for the group of EP recruiting team, providing them day-to-day support, coaching and mentorship, proactively building knowledge and skills, modeling adherence to best practices to create expertise, providing development opportunities and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. In partnership with the EP manager of recruiting for the region, you will monitor first-level capacity utilization throughout the team and create immediate opportunities for optimization and/or escalate when further problem-solving is required. You will serve as a project manager for LT EP Recruiting strategic priorities within the region, including tracking implementation and timeline, identifying and solving issues, communicating with stakeholders, managing change, and driving adoption. You will act as a thought partner and influencer, partnering with the EP manager of recruiting to determine hiring targets through workforce planning and engaging with site-level stakeholders - aligning on expectations, providing transparency in priorities and initiatives, communicating progress, and proactively resolving issues. **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of relevant operations experience, or equivalent general recruiting experience with the potential to grow - Excellent problem solving mindset - Strong team player with a servant leader mindset - Structured approach to thinking and detail orientation with an analytical mindset and competency - Excellent interpersonal skills including and a proven track record of working collaboratively - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Creative problem solver who excels at translating conceptual answers to on-the-ground solutions - Strong sense of ownership to effectively work on tasks, push them forward and drive for results
