Title and Summary As a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity Products team, you will be responsible for owning and managing various technical and product-related experiences for the products our organization supports. You will work closely with our Products team stakeholders to understand our products' capabilities and features. You will also collaborate with Sales teams to support use cases for our products, both individually and as bundles. As a Cybersecurity Product Specialist, you will demonstrate high product acumen in support of sales strategy by leading complex (technical) product demonstrations and supporting RFP/RFI responses. You will enable product deployment and usage through customer onboarding, training development and delivery, knowledge dissemination, and managing escalations for product support. Your mission is to support sales and deployment efforts by providing subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Risk Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions, focusing on how Mastercard’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions help clients create efficient and effective enterprise risk management programs. Company Background Mastercard Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions is a rapidly growing segment focused on enabling organizations to improve their Enterprise Risk Management and Information Security programs. It includes a suite of cyber and risk solutions with hundreds of customers across various industries. Key Responsibilities Manage a globally dispersed team of analysts who are product specialists. Build the center of excellence for our cybersecurity products suite. Provide primary technical sales support to sales engineering and sales organizations. Demonstrate business acumen and mastery of consultative selling by translating product capabilities into business opportunities. Support sales with complex product demonstrations, technical questions, and RFI/RFP/RFx responses. Own technical interactions with customers and partners. Create, manage, and deliver product training online or in person to support sales prospects and client onboarding. Ensure successful onboarding and solution adoption by managing customer implementation based on established processes. Respond to prospect and customer issues, coordinating escalations with internal teams. Work closely with operations and support teams to resolve issues and communicate resolutions. Maintain communication with team members to align engagement strategies. Identify opportunities to improve customer-facing tools, documentation, and training materials. Key Skills and Background Self-starter with passion for technology and initiative to ramp quickly. Excellent organization and project management skills. Ability to work independently in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Self-motivated with the ability to determine activities based on high-level objectives. Understanding of IP networking and information security principles. Background in third-party risk management or consulting is highly preferred. Knowledge of cyber risk management and cybersecurity technologies. Understanding of solution selling principles and building client confidence. Strong client relationship skills with extensive personal contact and communication. Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales roles. Experience in IT, information security, or third-party vendor risk management. Experience with cyber threat intelligence and exposure management solutions is a plus. Experience working in a high-growth environment. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com and ticket management systems like Zendesk. Travel: Up to 25% travel.
