Titleand Summary Director, Network Customer Success, LAC The Director ofNetwork Customer Success for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC)will report to the LAC Lead of Customer Success and will supportthe development and delivery of strategic priorities within theregion. The candidate will focus on ensuring the priority customersand segments they work with experience positive change through moreeffective use of Services network products. The Director will workclosely with cross-functional teams including Network Services,Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers, andsupport/delivery teams to realize the full value proposition ofMastercard Network Products on behalf of the customer. The threeprimary responsibilities are: 1. Customer Engagement: - Developstrong customer partnerships by understanding their business andmanaging customer health and value realization during networkproduct launch and post-sale. - Identify optimization opportunitiesto drive customer value and strategic goals through our products. -Articulate key performance indicators related to cost, performance,and optimization, along with insights. 2. Growing the Business: -Leverage Mastercard Services’ offerings to achieve customer goalsand realize value propositions. - Identify opportunities foradditional Mastercard products to create greater value forcustomers and enhance Network Product impact. - Work with highlytechnical internal solutions and identify information to informcustomer decision-making and enable value realization. 3. Technical& Program Readiness: - Develop training materials, thoughtleadership, and customer-facing playbooks to support customerpriorities and the Customer Success value proposition. - Translatecomplex technical capabilities into effective, customer-centricsolutions. - Support creation of tools to scale deliverablecustomer insights for Mastercard Network Solutions and CustomerSuccess teams.
