We’re seeking a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join our dynamic and mission-driven outpatient mental health practice serving communities across Maryland. Your Impact as an LMFT: - Provide outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive modalities - Conduct intake assessments, diagnose according to DSM-5 criteria, and collaboratively develop treatment plans - Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and ethical standards - Engage in team consultation, peer support, and optional clinical supervision or mentorship roles - Customize your caseload and schedule based on your strengths, interests, and availability - Active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland (or close to obtaining full licensure) - Expertise in working with relational dynamics, life transitions, communication challenges, and trauma - A systems-oriented approach, with training in one or more therapeutic modalities (e.g., EFT, Gottman, Narrative, CBT, DBT, etc.) - Strong organizational and documentation skills, particularly in a hybrid or telehealth environment - Passion for inclusive, culturally competent mental health care, and a deep respect for diversity in client identities and family structures - Competitive compensation and productivity-based incentives. - Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. - Generous PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave. - Health, dental, and vision insurance packages. - Robust clinical support, including supervision, consultation, and CEU reimbursement. - A team environment that values humor, humility, and heartfelt care.
