Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Enablement Specialist (Spanish & English) to join the Global Growth Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in equipping our sales team with the tools, content, and training needed to drive revenue and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales effectiveness. This role will directly support our Latin American Market, in addition to our other global markets, which is why we are seeking a bilingual candidate. Key Responsibilities Training and Onboarding - Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. - Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team to improve performance and close deals more effectively. - Analyze sales data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline processes. - Co-lead sales onboarding efforts in partnership with Growth Market Leads, focused on knowledge and ability of and with Prosci’s Intellectual Property and Systems. Go to Market Launch - Ensure alignment between sales and marketing to support a cohesive go-to-market strategy. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and deliver impactful sales content and training materials. Ad-hoc Sales Collateral - Lead initiatives to enhance the buyer journey by providing relevant insights and materials. - Track and measure the success of sales enablement initiatives to continuously improve outcomes. Requirements Success Profile Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following minimum qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies. Preferred qualifications are also noted. Competencies: - Manages Ambiguity: Responds effectively when faced with a problem that has no clear solution or outcome; makes some progress in these situations. - Decision Quality: Typically makes good independent decisions and takes appropriate action during urgent, non-routine situations. - Organizational Savvy: Recognizes some of the organizational roadblocks and considers how to address these difficulties. Technical/Functional Skills: - Proficiency working within CRM technologies (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc). - Experience with Linked In, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Linked In Learning preferred. - Experience with sales enablement tools such as CRM systems, content management platforms, and learning management systems. Qualifications: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role, with a preference for experience in Sales/Marketing. - Professional fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken) - Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Preferences - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field highly preferred - Sales Enablement software usage is a plus - Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus This is a role that would be in the Growth Enablement Center of Acceleration (CoA). Additional Information Travel Requirements: Minimal, targeting 1-2 times per year for global/team meetings. Work Location: This is a remote or hybrid role in Colombia, with the office in Bogota.
