We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and resourceful Technical Support Engineer to temporarily join our team and support a key client in the hospitality sector. About The Role You'll work closely with the Senior Systems Manager and serve as a bridge between corporate and on-site operations. You'll ensure smooth functioning of business-critical systems, assist with troubleshooting and technical support, and help maintain accurate documentation and user access across several software tools. What You'll Do Be the first line of support for system-related issues and requests that fall outside of the property-level IT scope. Manage user setup and deactivation across multiple enterprise platforms in line with defined procedures. Maintain logs of system changes, issue resolutions, and audit updates. Help develop and organize user training materials and guides. Troubleshoot application interruptions and resolve user-reported issues. Keep system documentation and instructional resources current and well-organized. Participate in virtual meetings to assess and address application-related concerns. Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned Requirements What You Bring Clear, effective communication skills and a knack for explaining technical issues to non-technical users. A proactive mindset and comfort navigating documentation or vendor resources to find answers. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, remote desktop tools, and help desk systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A solutions-focused attitude—always aiming for the long-term fix. Commitment to consistency and process, especially when it comes to compliance and data integrity. Preferred Experience 1-3 years in a technical support or systems admin role, ideally in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment. Exposure to hospitality systems or a background supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or real estate.
