We're looking for an Admissions analyst who will serve as a key point of contact for families starting the diagnostic process. You’ll ensure a smooth and supportive experience by managing intake paperwork, collecting documentation, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams. What You'll Do - Act as the primary liaison for families, providing clear, empathetic guidance throughout the intake journey. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation, including consents, ROIs, and assessments. - Collect supporting documents, forms, and questionnaires from families. - Manage clinicians’ schedules and coordinate consultations and follow-ups. - Maintain accurate client records in platforms like Salesforce and SharePoint. - Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, billing, scheduling) for seamless onboarding. - Support and help train other intake staff, promoting best practices and consistency. - Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the family experience. - Be flexible in availability for calls, emails, and texts when contacting families. What We’re Looking For - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a family-first mindset. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficient with digital tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms. - Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is mandatory. - Experience in healthcare, autism services, medical intake, or diagnostics is a plus , but not required.
