Qualifications - MD is desirable - Deep knowledge of drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans - 3-5 Years Work Experience as Medical Manager, preferred in pharma industry ideally in Medical Affairs with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant area, proven track record of leading people with complex accountabilities and broad experience working with teams outside of medical affairs - Communication and presentation skills - Business acumen - Teamwork, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills – able to work effectively in a matrix - Proven capability in attracting and developing talent to support future succession needs - Deep understanding in healthcare and medical compliance - Proven capacity to work through complexity, difficulty, and adverse situations with agility and adaptability - Previous Medical Affairs Manager experience or similar level desirable - Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values - Deep scientific knowledge according to business/regulatory needs Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
