Able to managescopes of projects, different work teams, project timings, costsand budget, quality, human resources, communications, risks,acquisitions, and stakeholders involved in each project Works withthe team to determine plan execution, monitoring, and control. Responsible of the management and correct distribution forassets/resources provided by the client. Responsibilities ServiceDelivery & Incident Management - Lead the end-to-end deliveryof AEM AMS services, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs andoperational objectives. - Oversee 24/7 incident support, ensuringtriage, prioritization, and resolution of issues based on businessimpact. - Manage and optimize service operations, leveragingmonitoring tools such as New Relic, CloudWatch, Adobe LookingGlass, and Cloud Manager. - Maintain structured incident reportingand analytics, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actionsare implemented. Project & Stakeholder Management - Act as theprimary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and theclient’s digital and IT stakeholders. - Lead daily stand-ups,weekly leadership calls, and governance meetings, ensuringtransparency in incident response, service metrics, and platformenhancements. - Collaborate with the client’s technical andbusiness teams to prioritize service requests, enhancements, andproactive maintenance efforts. - Provide structured reporting onservice performance, identifying opportunities for efficiencyimprovements. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement - Manageand oversee AEM enhancements, customizations, and technical updateswithin the allocated monthly support hours. - Work with developmentand DevOps teams to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines in AdobeCloud Manager, ensuring efficient deployments and compliance withsecurity standards. - Support the implementation of AEM bestpractices, including Experience Fragments, Reusable Components,Editable Templates, and Component-Based Development. - Driveperformance optimizations, SEO retention, accessibility compliance,and system stability improvements. Process & Risk Management -Monitor service operations, identifying risks and ensuringmitigation strategies are in place. - Maintain accurate projectdocumentation, including status reports, incident logs, knowledgebase updates, and technical documentation. - Implement ITIL-basedincident management and Agile methodologies to improve serviceefficiency. - Track contracted service levels, escalating criticalissues and ensuring compliance with the engagement’s contractualrequirements. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in projectmanagement within AMS, AEM, or digital platform operations. -English lever: B2+ or higher - Strong understanding of AdobeExperience Manager (AEM), including cloud-based environments andmanaged services support models. - Experience with incidentmanagement, ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and DevOps bestpractices. - Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines,infrastructure monitoring tools (New Relic, CloudWatch, Icinga),and security compliance standards. - Proven ability to managehigh-priority incidents, SLA-driven services, and enhancementroadmaps. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,with experience coordinating between technical teams, businessleads, and third-party vendors. - PMP, ITIL, or Scrum Master (CSM)certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Analyst
