Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to join our Data team in Madrid. Main Responsibilities: - Track and analyze product performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Support product decision-making by designing and conducting A/B tests and experiments, providing data-driven recommendations. - Optimize feature rollouts through user behavior analysis, enabling fast and iterative improvements. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and other business teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies. - Generate and present insights to communicate results and influence stakeholder decisions. Requirements: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role. - Advanced SQL and Python skills, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics. - Knowledge of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis. - Strong data visualization skills, preferably with Tableau. - Familiarity with Snowflake or similar platforms for data warehousing. - Experience with Airflow and dbt or similar platforms for building data workflows. - Ability to convey complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Snowflake, Tableau, Airflow, and dbt. - Advanced statistical knowledge, including machine learning basics. - Background in fast-paced environments where data directly informs product decisions. - Familiarity with predictive modeling libraries like Scikit-Learn.
